Traveling south on Cooper from Interstate 30:

URGENT: We have a few unforeseen issues that came up regarding parking and directions. Please see below before you get to UTA.

Parking

The visitor's lot has been repaved and is closed at least until Saturday. Metered spaces are impossible to get. If no meters are available, continue on Nedderman to stop sign where road is closed, and turn left onto Greek Row. First available parking lot is the first one on the left at Trinity House. If this is full, continue on Greek Row to Parking lot 30 on the right. If this is full lot 33 can be accessed from UTA Blvd between Davis and Cooper. If the visitor lot opens on Saturday, you may park there or in metered spots.

Directions from I-30

The directions are slightly different if you are traveling south on I-30 due to road name changes and construction.

As you approach the north edge of campus continue through the campus on Cooper. At the south edge of the campus (past the overhead bridge), turn right onto Nedderman. DO NOT turn right at UTA Blvd and left on Nedderman (formerly named Border) as that section of Nedderman is closed for repairs.

The music building is on the right side of the street past Texas Hall if you are headed north, and the entrance is about 100 yards directly behind the bus stop.

Traveling north on Cooper from Interstate 20:

As you approach the south edge of campus, turn left on Nedderman (west). If you are coming for registration, park along the street in one of the metered spaces along either side of the street past the security kiosk (remember to bring change!). The music building is on the right side of the street past Texas Hall if you are headed north, and the entrance is about 100 yards directly behind the bus stop. We will provide specific instructions for parking for the week at registration.
